Role Description The Human Resources Generalist at WoodenStreet is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role includes overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Generalist will manage employee records, coordinate performance review cycles, and support employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves handling benefits-related queries, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and collaborating with managers to address HR-related concerns. The individual in this position will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation within a growing organization.
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and experience with Benefits Administration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a retail, e-commerce, or multi-location environment is beneficial.
