Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Executive to support the HRBP in day-to-day coordination, tracking, and reporting across recruitment, HR operations, and systems administration. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone early in their HR career who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning recurring processes without needing reminders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sourcing and candidate pipeline management across open roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the hiring tracker with real-time candidate and offer status
- Prepare weekly sourcing and pipeline summaries for HRBP and leadership
- Manage data hygiene
- Support website/LinkedIn page content coordination as needed
- Track employee lifecycle milestones
- Handle general employee queries and HR admin tasks
- Employee engagement weekly activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or HR generalist roles
- Strong organizational skills and comfort owning recurring, calendar-driven tasks independently
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; HRMS exposure a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating across candidates, managers, and leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal supervision
