Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR functions and help strengthen HR processes within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and wants exposure across all aspects of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
- Support Learning & Development initiatives and training programs
- Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Coordinate payroll processes and maintain HR records
- Ensure statutory compliance and assist in HR policy drafting and implementation
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including exits and offboarding
- Maintain proper HR documentation and continuously improve HR processes
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or HR Generalist role
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on organization where ownership is important
- Hands-on with AI tools and comfortable using technology to improve HR efficiency
