We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to independently manage recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and employee management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment
✅ Handle payroll, attendance, leaves, and salary processing
✅ Coordinate PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance
✅ Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
✅ Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievances
✅ Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and exit formalities
✅ Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
🔹 Requirements
✔️ 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT industry
✔️ Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll management
✔️ Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS software
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR functions
