🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist | V3 Data Intelligence Pvt Ltd.
We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join our growing team in Vadavalli, Coimbatore.

Role Overview:
The HR Generalist at V3 Data Intelligence Pvt Ltd will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational growth. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic HR initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance records
- Manage leave tracking, approvals, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and working hours
2. Payroll Coordination
- Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs accurately
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance
3. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Conduct screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews
- Handle bulk hiring requirements when needed
4. Campus Hiring & Institutional Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and academic institutions
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives
- Represent V3 Data Intelligence Pvt Ltd in career fairs and college events
5. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction
- Organize team events, celebrations, and internal programs
6. Performance Management
- Support performance review processes (quarterly/annual)
- Coordinate goal-setting, feedback collection, and appraisal cycles
- Maintain performance records and documentation
7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in drafting HR policies and internal communications
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Recruitment or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, engagement)
- Experience in campus hiring or stakeholder coordination is a plus
Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
