Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role also requires hands-on experience in handling HRMS and Payroll software to ensure smooth HR processes and accurate salary administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout)
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain employee records and documentation
2. HR Operations
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
Maintain and update employee database in HRMS
Draft HR policies, letters, and official communications
3. Payroll & HRMS Management
Process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage attendance, leave, and shift data through HRMS
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
Generate payroll reports, payslips, and MIS reports
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
Ensure employee satisfaction and retention initiatives
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
7. Maintain statutory records and documentation
Assist in audits and compliance checks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Hands-on experience with HRMS and Payroll software
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
