🚀 Hiring: HR Generalist – People Operations | Product Company | Kochi

We’re looking for a passionate HR Generalist – People Operations to join a fast-growing product organization and play a key role in driving smooth, employee-centric HR operations.
🔹 Experience: 2–7 years
🔹 Location: Kochi
In this role, you will:
✨ Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and People Operations.
✨ Drive onboarding, HRIS updates, HRMS tools .
✨ Support engagement initiatives and internal communications.
✨ Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.
✨ Employee Engagement and Statutory Compliance.
✨ Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and process improvements.
