We are a fast-growing creative/video editing agency working with high-performance clients globally. We specialize in editing ads, VSLs, YouTube content, and short-form videos.
We are now looking for someone who can build our team from the ground up and help shape the culture and systems of the company.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional HR role.
You will be responsible for:
- Hiring top-tier video editors and creative talent
- Building and improving HR systems and processes
- Helping define and maintain a strong, performance-driven culture

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and hire video editors and creative professionals
- Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posts, interviews, selection)
- Build a strong hiring pipeline
2. HR Systems & Policies
- Create and implement HR policies (attendance, performance, onboarding, etc.)
- Build onboarding and training processes
- Maintain employee records and workflows
3. Culture & Team Building
- Help create a high-performance, accountable culture
- Work closely with founders to improve team efficiency
- Ensure smooth communication across team members
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in HR or recruitment preferably in video editing
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to identify good creative talent (especially video editors is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for creative roles (video editors, designers, etc.)
- Understanding of content, social media, or video production
- Experience setting up HR systems from scratch
