Hiring: HR Generalist – Pharma Industry
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Mandatory Requirements:
MBA / PGDM / MSW (HR)
3–6 years of experience in Pharma industry
Experience in field-force hiring and bulk recruitment
Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, etc.)
Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for field staff and support roles
Handle bulk hiring and ensure quick closures
Coordinate with regional/sales heads for manpower planning
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple channels
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining experience
2. HR Operations
Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Maintain HRMS, employee database, and documentation
Track attendance, leave, and field reporting (DCR/beat plans)
Handle confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
Ensure policy implementation across regions
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a bridge between head office and field staff
Address employee grievances and retention concerns
Drive engagement initiatives for field teams
Support performance management and disciplinary actions
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Manage payroll inputs including attendance, travel allowances, incentives, and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, and labour laws
Handle state-wise compliance (Maharashtra & Gujarat)
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and audits
Maintain statutory records and support inspections
