Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Delhi, India. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR operations including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional tasks include coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience in creating and enforcing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in startup environments or fast-paced organizations is a plus
