What Youβll Do
π― Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Core Responsibility)
β Own the full recruitment cycle β JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining confirmation
β Proactively source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and referral networks
β Build and maintain a live candidate pipeline so hiring never starts from zero
β Screen resumes and conduct first-round telephonic/video interviews
β Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads efficiently
β Maintain an applicant tracking sheet with status, feedback, and next steps
β Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to Day 1
π± Onboarding & People Operations
β Manage structured onboarding for every new hire β documentation, induction, team introductions, and first-week plan
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
β Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
β Be the first point of contact for any employee query or concern
π Performance Management & Appraisal
β Design and implement a structured performance review cycle (quarterly/bi-annual) suited to a creative, fast-moving team
β Set up role-specific KPIs and goal-tracking frameworks in collaboration with department leads
β Facilitate appraisal conversations β helping managers give structured, fair feedback
β Maintain appraisal records and recommend salary revisions, role changes, or growth paths based on outcomes
β Identify low-performance patterns early and work with managers on PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) where needed
π Recognition & Engagement
β Build and own a recognition system β structured yet warm β that celebrates wins big and small (Employee of the Month, milestone rewards, peer shoutouts, etc.)
β Plan and execute team engagement initiatives: monthly check-ins, celebrations, team outings, festival moments
β Conduct regular pulse checks to gauge team morale and flag concerns before they become problems
β Create a culture where people feel seen, valued, and motivated β especially on the operations floor where daily work can feel repetitive
ποΈ Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
β Track daily attendance across office and operations floor
β Manage leave records, approvals, and monthly summaries
β Compile payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement
β Handle PF, ESI, and basic statutory compliance documentation
π Compliance & HR Systems
β Maintain statutory registers and ensure basic labour law compliance
β Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook
β Gradually introduce or improve HRMS tools to reduce manual HR work
β Build HR processes from scratch where they donβt exist β this is a builders role, not a maintenance role
What Weβre Looking For
β 2β4 years of HR experience β ideally in a small or mid-sized company where youβve worn multiple hats
β Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment β not just coordination, but actual sourcing and closing
β Demonstrated experience in performance management and appraisal cycles
β Strong understanding of employee engagement and recognition frameworks
β Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
β Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
β Familiar with PF, ESI, and basic statutory compliances
β Strong communication in both Hindi and English β written and verbal
β High on ownership, discretion, and empathy β youβll be handling sensitive people matters
β Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate immediately β fully on-site role
Bonus Points If You Have
β Experience in a lifestyle, luxury, gifting, wedding, or creative industry brand
β Familiarity with any HRMS or ATS tool (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.)
β Experience building HR policies or culture programs from the ground up
