Position : HR Generalist
Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru 560066
Monday to Saturday working. 9.30am to 6.30pm.
Only Bengaluru candidates shall apply.
Salary range upto 6-7lpa
Industry: Interior Design firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard design, project management, and site staff. Develop a recruitment plan tailored to creative roles.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Conduct orientation, manage new hire paperwork, and oversee employee offboarding, including final settlements and exit interviews.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for grievances, mediate conflicts, and create employee engagement plans to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing performance review processes, aligning individual employee development plans with company objectives.
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage monthly payroll processing and benefits administration (health insurance, leave).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role (preferably in design, retail, or creative sectors).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle employee relations and policy creation.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and manage sensitive employee relations issues.
- HRIS/Tools: Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
