The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing and hiring sales professionals from multiple platforms and managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting key HR initiatives.

We are looking for a **proactive and result-oriented HR Generalist** with strong expertise in **Sales and Business Development hiring**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing and hiring sales professionals from multiple platforms and managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting key HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment with major focus on **Sales/Business Development roles**; support hiring for **Tech roles** when required
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple platforms: **LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing channels**
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of quality sales candidates across different experience levels
- HR Operations & Onboarding:
- Handle documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Support in maintaining and improving the company’s **LinkedIn and employer branding** presence
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and internal team bonding events
- Assist in organizing **external events, recruitment drives, and HR engagement activities**
- Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Qualifications
- ✅ **2+ years of HR experience** with strong expertise in **Sales/Business Development hiring**
- ✅ Proven track record of successfully hiring sales professionals from multiple recruitment platforms
- ✅ Approx. **60% exposure to Sales hiring** and **40% understanding of Tech hiring**
- ✅ Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements
- ✅ Good understanding of HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
