Skilligent is a digital operations company serving clients across the USA, with a distributed India-based team running multiple brands. We're scaling, and the people function is being built out now โ the person in this seat shapes it, not just maintains it.

You own the complete people function for our India team, including payroll, onboarding, documentation, attendance, engagement, performance, and recruitment. This is a full-stack HR seat: operations discipline is the core, and everything from salary processing to hiring runs through you. Start as the hands-on HR operator, grow into owning the function fully as we scale.

โข Daily HR operations โ onboarding, documentation, records, attendance, leave management
โข Monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF/ESI), accurate and on time
โข Performance check-ins, probation tracking, evaluation cycles
โข Employee queries, grievances, day-to-day coordination
โข New-hire engagement through their first months
โข Training needs identification and coordination
โข Recruitment when roles open โ organic LinkedIn sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
โข HR letters, policies, and documentation โ tight and current

โข 1โ3 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role
โข Hands-on payroll and PF/ESI experience โ you've run cycles yourself, not just supported them
โข Proven end-to-end ownership of HR processes
โข Organic LinkedIn sourcing ability (a strong plus)
โข Sharp organization, clear communication, dependable time management
โข Comfortable being the HR anchor for a fully remote team
โข Word, Excel, PowerPoint
โข Own laptop/PC, reliable internet
โข Committed to the 2:30 PM โ 11:30 PM IST shift
