Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The HR Generalist will implement HR policies, coordinate benefits administration, and address employee queries related to workplace practices and compensation. The role also involves supporting employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with management to foster a positive and productive work environment in the showroom.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practical HR Management experience.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and hands-on experience with Benefits Administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRIS or HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a retail, automotive, or showroom environment is a plus.
