Role Description:
Role – Team Member - HR
Location: Muzaffarpur (North Bihar)
Qualification : Graduate/ Masters in any stream/ MBA/MSW
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Key Accountabilities
Lead bulk hiring initiatives for blue-collar and staff roles to meet business
requirements.
Manage end-to-end site HR operations and administration while ensuring
compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Oversee contract labor lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and
vendor management.
Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive and harmonious
workplace environment.
Address employee grievances promptly and ensure effective resolution
Monitor attendance, leave management, and provide accurate payroll
inputs.
Manage hotel/guest house arrangements and fleet operations.
Supervise office and field services related to HR and general
administration.
Ensure efficient management of security and housekeeping services.
Support business initiatives and drive employee engagement activities.
