Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2–5 years of experience to manage HR operations and support recruitment activities. The role includes payroll management, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Designation: HR Generalist

Location: Ahmedabad (Ganesh Meridian, S.G. Highway)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (80%)

  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HRIS record management.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews, track KPIs, and maintain performance records.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee concerns, conduct feedback sessions, and support managers in resolving workplace issues.
  • Implement and update HR policies while ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and track employee metrics.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage employee exit processes, and coordinate full & final settlements.


Recruitment Support (20%)

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
