Role Description
End to end recruitment for corporate and production employees
onboarding and documentation
HR database
Exit process and NDC clearance
Employee UAN generation, EPFO KYC, Umang App
coordination with payroll team for monthly payroll , HR compliances documents
Handling HR mail ID
Events organization , bday and job anniversary wishes
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or MBA /PGDM in HR
- Experience - 6 months +
