HR Generalist / People Operations – RELAI
Role Objective
Own hiring, people operations, and basic HR systems. Build a fast, accountable, high-energy team aligned with RELAI’s business goals.

Candidate Profile
0 to 3 years experience.
Strong recruitment exposure preferred.
Background in startups is preferred, recruitment firms, or sales-driven environments.
