Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, and supporting the development of organizational strategies to foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) will be considered a plus
