Jod Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage core HR operations and support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Manage employee documentation and lifecycle processes
- Handle PF, ESI, and statutory compliance-related activities
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and ensure process compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in HR operations
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- End-user experience in SAP will be an added advantage
