We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations to manage and streamline core HR processes. This role is ideal for someone strong in documentation, data management, and operational efficiency, and who enjoys bringing structure and accuracy into HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with high accuracy
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee data management, and exit formalities
- Handle attendance, leave management, and maintain related records
- Support payroll by ensuring accurate and timely data inputs
- Ensure proper documentation for compliance, audits, and internal processes
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and maintaining records
- Coordinate with the accounts team and department heads for smooth HR operations
- Respond to employee queries related to HR processes and records
Requirements:- 4-8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, attendance, and payroll inputs
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
- Organized and process-driven approach
