We’re Hiring: HR Generalist | Pocketly | Bangalore
We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage end-to-end people operations for our Operations team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment and have experience in bulk hiring and HR operations, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring
- Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and HR compliance
- Manage employee relations, queries, and grievance handling
- Implement HR policies and streamline people processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Strong experience in volume/bulk hiring
- Good understanding of payroll and compliance basics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Startup experience is a plus
