Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Generalist will assist in implementing HR policies, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves handling employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting employee engagement activities. Collaboration with department leads to address workforce needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support daily HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and compliance to help design, implement, and maintain fair and consistent workplace practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage compensation and benefits programs accurately.
- Relevant additional skills such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational skills to handle confidential matters and foster a supportive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced production environment.
