Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Generalist. The position involves managing daily HR activities such as implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations. The HR Generalist will also play a role in promoting a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to overall talent development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development
- Knowledge and experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
