Job Profile
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing through job portals, coordinating candidate screening and their interviews with internal teams, and maintaining the candidate database
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and internal meetings to maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Operations & Administration: Manage attendance, leave tracking, HR documentation, vendor coordination, and general office administration.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment metrics, attendance, and operational updates.
Must Have (Primary Skills)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques in the IT industry
- Familiarity with software industry terminology and hiring requirements
- Computer proficiency is MUST
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
Added Advantage
- MBA in HR / IT or IT / Computer Science background
- Prior experience in IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience working with HRMS systems
- Preference will be given to locally based candidates
