Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for handling all human resources functions, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and administration of company benefits programs. Additionally, this role will involve maintaining compliance with regulations, supporting employee relations, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
