Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will handle daily HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The role includes overseeing benefits administration and providing general support to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Additionally, the individual will coordinate HR activities to support the company’s growth and workforce engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Experience with Employee Benefits programs and Benefits Administration
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling HR-related software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
