Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Rohini. The HR Generalist will oversee various HR functions including managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, administering employee benefits, and supporting recruitment processes. Other core responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, creating a positive workplace culture, and maintaining detailed employee records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar role is preferred
