We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2 years of experience, preferably from an agency background or an IT company. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and HR generalist functions, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals, etc.), ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assist in interview scheduling for various roles.
- Onboarding: Handle the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- HR Generalist Support: Provide HR support across various functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with employee engagement activities, surveys, and support a positive workplace culture.
- HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data, and generate reports as needed.
- Platform Management: Leverage various recruitment platforms and HR software to enhance efficiency in the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably from an agency background or IT company.
- Solid understanding of hiring processes and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
- Knowledge of HR generalist functions, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
