Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations for HumanAlpha Client (Location: Bangalore South, Yelachenahalli) and act as a key point of contact for employees and managers across the organization. Responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HRIS records, and coordinating benefits, leaves, and compliance documentation. The role will also assist with performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related reporting and analytics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and leadership to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including documentation, implementation, and communication across the organization.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, queries, and coordination with external vendors.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and data management, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building trust and supporting diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years to maximum 3 years experience, as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
