We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with employees, managing processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR recruitment operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation.
Coordinate hiring activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support internal coordination.
Assist in implementing people management practices and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to building and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with good coordination abilities.
A people-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
