Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR tasks, including managing human resources operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The selected candidate will work closely with teams to foster a productive and thriving workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with the development and implementation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
