Job Title - HR Generalist
Job Location - Faridabad , India
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and global HR standards.
- Partner closely with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational growth, and talent development.
- Build and scale HR structures, policies, and processes to support a growing and dynamic business environment.
- Use HR data and analytics to drive insights, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Support M&A activities including integration, organizational structuring, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and global HR practices.
- Drive employee experience, culture initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within an MNC environment.
- Strong data-oriented mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
- Strategic outlook with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Exposure to M&A, HR transformation, or scaling HR functions is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in building HR processes, structures, and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Global mindset and experience working in multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
