HR Generalist – Elevators & Escalators (OEM)

The Role
We're looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a varied, fast-moving environment. You'll own the full employee lifecycle — from first interview to final appraisal — while keeping our people operations running smoothly day to day.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone equally comfortable recruiting, running payroll compliance, and organising a team engagement session — all in the same week.
What You'll Own
· Talent Acquisition — End-to-end hiring, sourcing, interview coordination, background checks, and seamless onboarding
· Payroll & Compliance — Payroll inputs, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, labour laws)
· Performance & L&D — KPI/OKR support, appraisals, training needs identification, and session coordination
· Employee Experience — Engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and a culture where people feel seen and supported
· Policy & POSH — HR policy maintenance, POSH compliance, statutory record-keeping, and audit-readiness
· HR Systems & Admin — HRMS accuracy, attendance and leave tracking, access management, and internal communications
What We're Looking For
· 2–4 years in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role · Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Commerce, or Operations preferred) · Solid working knowledge of statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, labour laws, POSH · Hands-on with HRMS platforms and MS Office · Strong communicator with a people-first mindset · Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
