Job Title: HR Generalist (Operations & Employee Administration)
Location: Gurugram (DNA Growth, PLOT NO 64B, Saraswati Kunj Rd, Parsvnath Exotica, DLF Phase 5, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana 122003 near to Hotel Qotel Signature.)
Working Days: 5 days a week + 1 alternative Saturday/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and process-driven HR Generalist to manage HR operations and employee administration.
This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and confidentiality. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting employees across the entire lifecycle while contributing to a structured and disciplined work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Administration
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain employee records (digital & physical) with accuracy
- Handle offer letters, documentation, and employee files
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
- Manage exit formalities, documentation, and clearances
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Track attendance, leaves, and working hours
- Maintain accurate HR trackers and reports
- Coordinate payroll inputs with internal teams (Mohali & Ludhiana)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll support
3. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Communicate HR policies, updates, and guidelines
- Maintain compliance with internal standards
- Handle employee data with strict confidentiality
4. Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Address employee concerns and provide timely support
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
- Contribute to a positive and structured workplace environment
5. HR Administration & Coordination
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation
- Ensure proper record-keeping and data accuracy
- Support internal HR audits and reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR processes

- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Tools & Systems
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams
- Excel / Google Sheets
- HRMS tools (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- 4+ years in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles
- Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes
- Background in consulting / professional services is a plus
