Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role is based in Sector 2. The HR Generalist will ensure effective HR operations by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, facilitating training and development programs, administering benefits, handling employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records, and supporting compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the HR Generalist will promote a positive workplace environment that aligns with company values.
Qualifications
- Human resources expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR systems, records management, and policy implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a positive workplace environment
- Analytical skills for managing data, solving problems, and improving HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Experience in a similar HR role in corporate or multidisciplinary organizations is preferred in
- onsite Noida office (sector 2)
- CTC upto 5LPA
