Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Chandigarh. In this role, you will oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including the implementation and management of HR policies, facilitating employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and acting as a key point of contact for HR-related matters, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Experience Profile
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and onboarding/offboarding processes with exceptional talent acquisition capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies and HR compliance
- Proficiency in handling Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Prior experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position is highly desirable
