Role Overview:
We are seeking a female HR professional at the Senior Executive level to manage key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Employee Engagement, and Payroll. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions to support seamless integration.
3. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions and performance data.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance).
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver effective learning interventions.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records and reports.
- Support the development of learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
5. Performance Management (PMS):
- Support the implementation and execution of performance management processes.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and assist managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
6. Payroll & Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain payroll records and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4–10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity.
