Designation : Human Resources Generalist
Location: Pathancheruvu, Hyderabad

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience: 1–4 Years
Reporting To: Director
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (take-away)
This role is for our client - a leading healthcare and hospital furniture manufacturer.
This role owns end-to-end ownership of HR strategy, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, administration, and workplace discipline.
What you will do:
HR Systems & Organizational Structure
• Develop and maintain clear job descriptions across departments
• Design and implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems
• Standardize grading, increment, and promotion frameworks
• Institutionalize structured quarterly and bi-annual performance reviews
• Lead manpower planning aligned with business growth and production targets
• Establish structured HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Drive succession planning and internal capability building
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Build structured hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
• Improve hiring turnaround time and enhance candidate quality
• Develop pipelines for managerial, supervisory, and shop-floor roles
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs
• Strengthen onboarding and probation evaluation processes
HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee attendance, leave, and documentation systems
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factory Act, POSH, and related regulations
• Maintain audit-ready employee records and documentation discipline
• Implement HR systems or automation where required
• Monitor manpower cost in alignment with productivity benchmarks
• Supervise security operations and access control systems
Employee Relations & Workplace Discipline
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and corrective processes
• Strengthen communication between management and factory teams
• Reduce absenteeism and workforce instability
• Support leadership in performance and behavioral interventions
• Build a culture of accountability and operational discipline
• Manage Industrial Relations where applicable
Ideal Candidate Profile
• MBA in HR
• 1–4 years of HR experience (prior experience in manufacturing industry is preferred)
• Exposure in building structured HR systems from the ground up
• Experienced across HR operations, compliance, payroll, and IR
• Exposure to KPI-based performance management
• Willingness to work from Pathancheruvu, 6 days per week
