Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Pune Division. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions, including managing HR policies, handling employee relations, managing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role involves collaborating with employees and management to foster a positive work environment, assisting in recruitment, onboarding processes, and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) responsibilities, including employee relations and talent acquisition
- Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
