Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Delhi. The HR Generalist will support the organization’s HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing HR operations, coordinating employee benefits, and administering benefit programs. The role involves fostering employee engagement, supporting HR compliance, and collaborating with departmental teams to enhance employee relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in an HR role in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment is a plus
