Role: HR Generalist
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 years (Preferably in a Marketing or Advertising Agency)
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly — from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things “people” — ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.
3. Performance Management
- Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize’s culture.
5. Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation.
6. Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a digital, creative, or advertising setup.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
