Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication.
- Attendance Management, Leave Management and Hand on Experience with payroll
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
- Familiar with the various HRMS Software.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in Overseas industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
