🎯 Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist based in Chennai.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Support performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
- Maintain HR records and ensure policy adherence
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and employee relations
- Proficiency in leveraging HR software and AI tools for Hiring
- Problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
