Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. The HR Generalist will manage various HR functions, including the implementation and administration of HR policies, employee benefits management, recruitment processes, and compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring organizational practices align with HR regulations, providing support to management and employees, and assisting in fostering a positive work environment through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and expertise in Benefits Administration.
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies and support employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the IT/ITES, BPO, or healthcare industries is a plus.
