Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end IT recruitment including technical role understanding and candidate screening.
Manage daily hiring metrics (calls, profiles handled, interview line-ups).
Work on niche hiring and candidate closure strategies.
Use ATS, HRMS, Excel, and recruitment portals effectively.
Manage onboarding, employee grievances, and vendor coordination.
Support PF, ESIC, payroll inputs, and compliance processes.
Assist in performance management (KPI, KRA, OKR understanding).
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and basic admin coordination.
Requirements2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment + HR operations.
Strong communication and candidate-convincing skills.
Working knowledge of PF/ESIC, HRMS, ATS, Excel.
Background in IT Services / Product company preferred.
QualificationBBA / B.Com / BA
MBA / PGDM (HR) – Preferred
