Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist position located in Mumbai. The HR Generalist will oversee and manage various HR functions, including policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and PMS. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies. Additionally, the HR Generalist will work to ensure a positive workplace environment and align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and systems is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or similar environment is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in an on-site work setting
