Archsol Consultants is expanding. Alongside our growing architectural outsourcing business, we’re launching a Revit Training Academy and are looking for an energetic, organized, and growth-oriented professional to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants exposure to HR, marketing, operations, admissions, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
Employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance, leave, and HR records management
Employee engagement and performance coordination
Business Operations
Support day-to-day office operations
Coordinate payroll and administrative activities
Maintain reports, documentation, and CRM records
Social Media & Marketing
Plan, create, and publish regular content on LinkedIn and Instagram
Showcase company projects, achievements, hiring updates, and training activities
Develop monthly content calendars
Monitor engagement and recommend improvements
Revit Training Academy
Handle student enquiries and admissions
Follow up with prospective students
Coordinate demo sessions and batch scheduling
Maintain student records and fee tracking
Support placement and industry collaborations
Sales & Business Development
Send cold emails to prospective clients
Make cold calls when required
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in HR, operations, marketing, or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Self- motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Experience with Canva, CRM tools, or recruitment platforms is an advantage
