🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Generalist (3–4 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our sister concern organization. If you have a keen interest in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and payroll, this opportunity is for you!
📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector 5 (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR operations
Prepare HR documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries
Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic compliance requirements
Handle exit formalities and related documentation
🔹 Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
3–4 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws
Candidates with experience in retail and logistics companies will be preferred
